This summer I visited my mother who had cleared out her storage. She told me there were "firefighter" plates in a bag and they must be mine. They are. I was given these collectible plates as a gift way back in 1992. I never used them or took them out. They have stayed in the styrofoam containers they came in as seen in the photos. I have the 9 original plates, but I only found 8 certificates
