This does have the Certificate of Authenticity and Certificate of Registration. Both of these have matching serial numbers of A3709. This figurine was purchased from an estate and to my knowledge has not been out of the box except to take these photos. The plastic covering can still be seen around the basketball and on the name plate of the base. The instruction sheet also comes with the item and is noted to be wrinkled as seen in the photo. This
