If you really want steady working lights, this might not be the tree for you, unless you can find someone to repair it. Sold as is! Itâ??s beautiful whether it is lit or not! Missing star on top which seems to happen to most of these trees. Otherwise, I donâ??t see any other broken parts. Approximately 12-3/4â? tall.No original box or paperwork. This piece is so fragile I will be paying a professional to package it and ship it. Comes from a smoke free environm
