(In a protected cloth silver pouch, in original hard wood hinged box in excellent condition) See pictures.This is a vintage Danbury Mint sterling silver collector's plate featuring a recreation of 'The Pieta' based on the original work of Michelangelo. The front features the famous work of art in high relief. The piece is 9 inches in diameter and weighs 369 grams. It comes in a wooden display case lined with fabric. There is a registration certificate showing the plate # 7110. There were only 7500 plates issued in 1977 by the Danbury Mint, Westport, Connecticut,The plate and box is in excellent condition. The plate and box pictured is the one you will receive. (Condition: Brand New)
