eBay *THERE ARE A FEW ISSUES. From what I can see a horse is missing, one of the towers is broke at the top , a flag is missing but the pole is intact, Liberty’s torch is broken off. That’s all I can see as far as damage goes but I could have missed something. Its a little dusty but I’ll leave the cleaning up to you. It’s still an awesome find and so much fun to look at. If you need more pictures just contact me. I am not an expert in this field. I only ship out of USA using the global shipping program. I only do returns or refunds for items not described or pictured.
