2004 Danbury Mint, Joe Montana 3 Figurine #5734, MINT Condition, Never Displayed, COA + Orig Box-Paper: 1 Owner Serial # A 5734 written on the invoice and COO -- Cert of Ownership I purchased this "The Joe Montana Figurine" plague new for my collection in late 2004, kept stored with the original box and paperwork with purchase invoice in my closet away from sunlight and dampness years since Never displayed, just removed the wrapping for pictures and placed Joe on the display stand This plaque has a clearly written inscription on each of Joes' figure on the plaque in front of him where he stands, with every punctuation, letter and number on the plague clearly legible, not sun faded There are no broken - missing fingers, scratches, stains or other defect apparent The colors on Joe's uniform are bright, bold and vivid, not touched up All 3 cards are present without cuts, tears, coffee, oil/gas or grease stains The styrofoam cover protector is fully intact as is the original shipping box The 4th document or purchase invoice is shown but it has personal information on it ---- so it will not be included I'll ship it with the original shipping box into a larger box Shipping's to Continental US with Signature Confirmation (Condition: Brand New)
