Pre owned. Tested. Lights work. Train moves BUT IN A SLOW MOVEMENT and sometimes stop and needs to be pushed a bit to move again. Upon closer inspection, there’s no missing pieces. No chips or cracks. It will come with the original styrofoam and box that it came with when it was originally purchased and delivered. But I will place it in a second box to further protect the item upon shipping.
